Leo and Annette Hall, two of the Caribbean's most respected Christian leaders, leverage their pioneering vision and spiritual insight to serve others in areas that reach beyond the church. In their ministry, to lead and empower people to fulfill their purposes while reaching their destiny, they understand the need to meet people where they are in life. With this earnest approach, these ministers of the Gospel have reached hundreds of people from all socioeconomic backgrounds, races, nationalities, and creeds. Using digital and social media, and the pulpit, Leo and Annette Hall have been blessed to have met and served countless individuals' who bore significant needs.
Leo and Annette Hall have been blessed to have served as Senior Pastor and First Lady for the following congregations in Jamaica in a span lasting more than 24 years:
Bethel United Church, Whitefield United Church, Mt. Industry United Church, and Rock River United Church.
As a devoted married couple, Leo and Annette Hall got married on December 19, 1998. Since this time, they have provided each other in ministry and have declared themselves "best friends." This power couple is blessed with three children - Kerk (through informal adoption), Leo-Joseph, and Levon.

Leo C. Hall
Leo Hall is currently the Mission Director for RAISE International and an Associate Pastor for Life Changing Anointing International Ministries in Miramar, Florida. After years of ministry in Jamaica, where he served as Senior Pastor for various congregations in the United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, Hall is currently the Online Pastor for the LCA Virtual Bible Study - Life in the Word. Hall's dynamic ministry has seen him authored six books, such as Engaging the Supernatural, Daily Declarations - 31 days of Biblical Pronouncements, and Honeymooners Devotional, which he co-authored with his wife, Annette. Leo Hall is notably one of the most sought after preachers and conference speakers from the Caribbean. Leo Hall is one of the first sets of students out of the Caribbean to have earned a Masters Degree in Contemporary Church Development from Central Christian University. His social media broadcast, Virtual Bible Study - Life in the Word, can be heard via any of his social media pages from anywhere in the world.
Annette Hall
Annette A Hall is a singer, songwriter, author, speaker, and counselor. She serves alongside her husband, Leo C. Hall, in their ministry to the nations.
Minister Hall serves as a singer who travels North America to minister, Social Worker at Broward County Public Schools, and preacher conference speaker. She has produced songs such as "The Best is Yet To Come," I Give Them All To You," "Raise Your Voice," and "Jubilee" from the "The Best Is Yet To Come" album.
As a gifted singer, Minister Hall has worked closely with her husband, Leo C. Hall, to have authored the devotional classic, "Honeymooner's Devotional." She has also taken on the role of marriage and family counselor who are boldly tackling domestic violence, trauma, and post-traumatic stress syndrome.
A loving wife and mother, Minister Hall and her husband have been blessed with three children.
